Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Any contract between us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the site will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Any contract will be communicated in English.
1.3 We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, however we cannot guarantee uninterrupted and totally reliable access to this website, and so therefore cannot guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free of mistakes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Commercial and Plant disclaim all warranties; express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website and will accept no liability for any loss or damage arising as a result of problems with access.

1.7 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Commercial and Plant reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on this website.
1.8 When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
1.9 Commercial and Plant may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
2. Price
2.1 The price for each product is shown and includes V.A.T at 20%. We always try to make sure that our prices are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
2.2 Prices are quoted in UK pounds. If using a payment method from outside the UK, the third party payment system should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK pounds and Commercial and Plant cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
3. Delivery
3.1 Commercial and Plant delivers to destinations inside the UK only. Orders are despatched in accordance with the option chosen during the purchase. Couriers may require a signature so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your order. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
3.2 If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.
3.3 This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
4. Trademarks
4.1 All brand names, product and service names and titles and copyrights used in this site are trademarks, trade names, service marks or copyrights of their respective holders. No permission is given by Commercial and Plant for their use by any person other than the said holders and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.
5. Copyright
5.1 All designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement on this website are the copyright of Commercial and Plant or its content providers. Permission is granted to users to electronically copy or print portions of this site for their own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without Commercial and Plant prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Colour reproduction
6.1 Commercial and Plant has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers and mobile devices reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet. This means that when you order products, colours may differ from what you see on the screen.
